Τουλάχιστον 31 άνθρωποι έχουν σκοτωθεί σε μια μαζική έκρηξη παγιδευμένου αυτοκινήτου, που χτύπησε την πρωτεύουσα της Συρίας ,Δαμασκό ,η έκρηξη συμέβει σε μια πλατεία όπου γίνονται οι φιλοκυβερνητικές διαδηλώσεις.

Το RT στα Αραβικά ανέφερε ότι 30 άνθρωποι έχασαν τη ζωή τους κατά την έκρηξη, και πάνω από 50 τραυματίστηκαν. Ωστόσο, η κρατική τηλεόραση της Συρίας, λέει ότι το 16 έχασαν τη ζωή τους κατά την έκρηξη, ενώ άλλοι 208 τραυματίστηκαν.
